Responsibilities:
1. Game Management:
* Add and manage new games across our platforms.
* Perform daily checks to ensure all games function properly and remain available.
2. Communication with games providers:
* Maintaining relationships with various casino game providers.
* Resolve any issues in cooperation with our providers.
3. Promotion Coordination:
* Following up on ongoing and upcoming promotions with casino game providers.
* Communicating promotion details to our marketing and design teams.
4. Customer Service Support:
* Work closely with the customer service team to address and resolve game-related issues.
5. Quality Control:
* Conduct daily quality checks across Starcasino websites to ensure performance, accuracy, and user experience.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
* Higher education is preferred, but experience or strong motivation is equally important.
* A strong passion for casino games is highly desirable.
* Basic knowledge of Photoshop is an advantage.
