Your Role at Yuki
As our Head of UX you will lead a team of designers embedded across development teams, ensuring their efforts align with Yuki's business goals. This is a chance to foster a culture of creativity and innovation while contributing to the strategic direction of our SaaS solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership: Mentoring and guiding designers in their career growth, fostering a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Strategic Direction: Driving discovery and research initiatives to align design practices with user needs and business objectives.
Design Systems Expertise: Ensuring the evolution and adoption of robust design systems across teams.
Representation: Championing the design discipline within the Product Development Management Team, which includes software development managers, product managers, our CPO, and CTO.
Collaboration: Promoting a seamless connection between designers and development teams, while working closely with the Faculty Chair to enhance design processes.
Job Requirements
Proven leadership experience in design, with a focus on SaaS solutions.
Strong expertise in discovery and research methodologies.
Hands-on experience with design systems and their implementation.
A strategic and innovative mindset to drive user-centric solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to thrive in an international and collaborative environment.
Familiarity with agile product development practices.
You have at least 10 years relevant experience in a similar environment.
You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
