ECS focuses on delivery of managed cloud services (HEC and CAS). The Technical Service Management (TSM) team within ECS supports customers. /p h3Expectations and Tasks /h3 pWe are looking for an accomplished SAP Technology Senior Consultant to join our SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team as a Technical Service Manager (TSM). You will support our customers with SAP S/4HANA adoption on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise. /p pTechnical Service Managers (TSM) help accelerate cloud transformation journeys and enable business value for customers. Your role will act as a trusted technical advisor, analyze customer requirements, and work with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services and other SAP departments to deliver quality services, resolve technical complexities, and accompany customers throughout their transformation. /p ul liPrimary contact for customers for discussions about technology and innovations and serve as an escalation point for technical issues. /li liUnderstand the customer business, goals, and challenges to suggest solutions services. /li liIdentify and position offerings by SAP Enterprise Cloud Services that deliver value to the customer. /li liOffer comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools. /li liUnderstand the SAP high availability or disaster recovery architecture, network, and virtual technologies (load-balancer, virtual machine). /li liExperience and knowledge in SAP NetWeaver Administration, migration and upgrades. /li liIdentify top issues, define service plan, and drive implementation of identified action items across customer landscapes. /li liUnderstanding of various SAP cloud solutions and integration scenarios of SAP systems with SCP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, etc. (good to have). /li liDesign optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability. /li /ul h3Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management. /li liSolid know-how on SAP Technologies and Products (SAP certification highly beneficial). /li liSAP Basis, OS, DB, and network know-how essential. /li liHyperscalers certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. /li liAnalytical, solution-oriented, and experience in working with cross-cultural teams. /li /ul h3Language Skills /h3 ul liFrench (optional). /li /ul h3Work Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 7 years of total experience under SAP Technical Administration, preferably in SAP Basis, with knowledge experience in Administration and Operations of SAP solutions. /li liOf which, minimum 4 years of experience in customer-facing role and excellent command of de-escalating critical situations. /li liHands‑on experience with Unix/Linux flavors. /li liHands‑on experience with SAP HANA and Sybase databases. /li liAbility to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team. /li liStrong background in SAP Solutions, SAP technology and products, and cloud technology. /li liAbility to coordinate delivery and projects as a team lead in a heterogenous environment. /li liExperience in Technical Architecture, Implementation, and Change Management. /li /ul h3Equal Employment Opportunity /h3 pQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, national origin, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, protected veteran status, or disability, in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements. /p pSuccessful candidates might be required to undergo a background verification with an external vendor. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
