Applications User Support Engineer

For a large international and multicultural player we are looking for a Applications User Support Engineer.
Your job responsibilities:
1. You provide first level user support for the users of the operational applications
2. You analyse and categorize resolved issues to identify structural gaps/problems in collaboration with the applications development team
3. You validate approval requests based on standardized processes/workflows
4. You assist in/perform user acceptance testing & regression testing with end-users.
5. You manage master data for test cases and set up master data for business objects based on approved workflows.
Wat wij van jou vragen:
6. Fluency in English, written and spoken, is essential in our international environment.
7. Strong (technical) communication skills, you can translate between technical description and business use.
8. Prior experience with issue management and workflow systems is a strong asset
9. Proficiency in Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
