As a consequence, we are seeking an experienced IT Systems & Facility Administrator who has the technological Business Acumen and people skills to provide an even more enjoyable experience to our customers, partners, and employees.À propos du rôleYour responsibilities and DUTIESResponsabilitésImplement infrastructure equipment including server, storage, backup hardware.Administrate, monitor, and maintain the organization's servers, operating systems, and related infrastructure.Implement network and system upgrades, patches, and configurations to ensure optimal performance and security.Maintain backups of company data, network devices and servers and restore files as needed.Implement network equipment including switches, wireless access points, routers, and firewalls.Maintain wired and wireless networks, troubleshoot network issues, optimize network performance, and ensure network security protocols are followed.Diagnose and resolve system and network-related issues in a timely manner.Provide hardware and software recommendations in accordance with standards and policies.Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and replacements under warranty.Configure and maintain workstations, laptops, and printers in accordance with global standards.Manage and track inventory of hardware and software assets.Provide IT orientation for onboarding of new employees and conduct user training sessions on system usage and best practices.Ensure compliance with IT acceptable use and security policies, standards, and procedures.Provide timely and effective support to users via phone, in-person requests, and the help desk ticketing system.Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex problems and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Develop and maintain relevant documentation, processes, and procedures.QualificationsIdeally you have 3 to 5 years of experienceYou hold an IT Technician educationCompétences requisesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and interpersonal abilitiesCustomer-oriented with a patient and positive attitudeExperience working with help desk software and managing support tickets, deploying workstations, and onboarding/offboarding of usersExperience maintaining server operating systems in an enterprise environment utilizing active directory servicesStrong knowledge of desktop operating systems, applications, hardware, and networking componentExperience with network protocols, security, and firewall configurationsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to achieve project goalsEfficient time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrentlyCommitment to continuous education to learn and stay up to date on industry trendsSync with Finance for IT need (budget)Facility Growth planningFactory Floor Urgent SupportFactory Floor PM of IT equipmentPC deploymentMonthly License count validatedLocal vendor contract renewalsServer AdministrationNetwork deployment, including WIFICyber Security clean up, AdhocTelephony managementAnnual FY capital IT project refresh programsFluent in French and EnglishExperience in an industrial environment within an international environment is an assetPlage de rémunération et package de compensationAn Opportunity to work in an international group, leader in its fieldDynamic and evolving team in a growing marketSalary in line with defined responsibilitiesCompany with strong core valuesOption of Home office once a week after training period INTÉRESSÉ ?If you want to apply or if you need more information, please contact Laura Demir: ldemir@armstronginternational.eu
