This is a high‑ impact role where you’ll build and scale compliant, efficient processes across the region while helping modernise how we manage global trade. /p pIf you enjoy translating complex regulations into practical business solutions, implementing systems that improve how organisations operate and partnering with stakeholders across supply chain, legal, finance and operations, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape how trade compliance works at Hologic across EMEA. /p pbWhat You’ll Do /b /p pAs our regional subject matter expert for trade compliance, you’ll lead the development and execution of the EMEA trade compliance roadmap, ensuring the region operates in line with global strategy while supporting business growth. /p pYou’ll play a central role in strengthening and standardising trade compliance processes, while leading the regional implementation and adoption of our Global Trade Management (GTM) system. /p pThis position comes at an exciting time for Hologic. You’ll help move the region toward a scalable, systems‑ enabled model that supports Hologic’s continued growth. /p pYou’ll also lead a small team and work closely with global trade compliance leadership, playing a key role in shaping the future of the function. /p pbYour responsibilities will include: /b /p pLeading the development and execution of the EMEA trade compliance strategy, aligning regional execution with global policy and priorities /p pDriving the implementation and optimisation of Global Trade Management systems, partnering closely with IT and global teams /p pEmbedding trade compliance processes into system workflows to improve automation, visibility and control /p pEstablishing consistent regional practices for import/export compliance, tariff classification, country of origin determination and export control classification /p pOverseeing restricted party screening, end‑ use due diligence and export transaction reviews /p pManaging relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders and external advisors, ensuring compliant and efficient cross‑ border operations /p pIdentifying opportunities to leverage preferential trade programs and duty mitigation strategies /p pPartnering with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT and Commercial teams to integrate compliance into operational processes /p pSupporting audits, regulatory inquiries and governance frameworks across the region /p pDeveloping KPIs, dashboards and reporting to track compliance performance and risk trends /p pBuilding regional capability by coaching teams, supporting stakeholders and fostering a strong culture of compliance /p pbWhat We’re Looking For /b /p pWe’re seeking a trade compliance professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong process and systems thinking. /p pbYou will bring: /b /p pExperience in trade compliance, global trade operations, or a related field /p pExpertise across import compliance, tariff classification, valuation, export controls and screening /p pExperience implementing or operating Global Trade Management systems (Oracle GTM, SAP GTS, or similar) /p pExperience working across multiple EMEA jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks /p pProven success driving cross‑ functional initiatives and process standardisation /p pExperience working with customs brokers, logistics providers and internal operational teams /p pbIt would be advantageous if you have: /b /p pExperience in healthcare, life sciences or other regulated industries /p pExposure to automation, analytics or digital transformation initiatives /p pProfessional certifications in customs, trade compliance or supply chain /p pbWhy Join Hologic? /b /p pAt Hologic, you’ll be part of a company where your work directly supports innovations that improve and save lives.
