Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide first-line IT support to our users. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, resolving problems efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service.

* Provide technical support via phone and in-person
* Troubleshoot and resolve computer and network issues
* Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
* Document and track incidents in a ticketing system
