HR Director - Belgium and Luxembourg

* Create and implement an HR strategy that aligns with business objectives.
* Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, mobility, evaluation, and offboarding.
* Ensure compliance with Belgian labor laws and collaborate closely with social secretariats, prevention services, and legal partners.
* Maintain positive relationships with employee representatives and manage social relations effectively.
* Develop and mentor your HR team to enhance their growth and engagement.
* Evaluate and monitor HR performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Your Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Social Law, Labour Sciences, or equivalent.
* 5-10 years of experience in a generalist or senior HR position.
* Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law and good understanding of Luxembourgish labor law (or willingness to learn).
* Fluency in French, English, and Dutch (spoken and written).
* Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership ability, and talent for fostering engagement.
* Proficiency in HR tools and software (MS Office, HRIS, etc.).
