Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, contact persons, and end-users through regular communication and quality service delivery.
- Equipment Safety and Performance: Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of equipment, identifying potential risks and communicating them to supervisors.
- Site Environment Management: Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety instructions and protocols.
- Service Operations: Execute service visits (planned maintenance, callouts, and repairs) according to schedule and quality standards, ensuring timely back reporting and accurate record-keeping.
Leadership and People Management
- Regular updates to supervisors on relevant information.
- Training and coaching of nominated personnel.
Requirements
