* Manage the tender process with your manager, from gathering info to pricing and P&L approval
* Negotiate pricing and explore cost-saving options with internal teams
* Review contracts for commercial and legal compliance
* Organize project kickoff and ongoing client follow-up after winning tenders
* Maintain commercial relationships and analyze client needs
* Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments
* Keep client data updated in internal systems and handle ad hoc requests
* Organize client events such as audits and product launches
* Monitor payments and manage client price lists
* Handle client complaints by investigating issues and implementing solutions
* Prepare reports and support quality improvements and new procedure implementation
* Able to work at a strategic level and understands the company's financial processes (master level)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus
* Knowledge of HACCP and aviation regulations is an advantage
* Practical experience with P&L and the tender process is a plus
