We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager/ Manager Accounting to join our team in Luxembourg, Diekirch or Weiswampach.


About Our Opportunity

This role offers an exciting chance for a chartered accountant with 5 years of experience managing commercial clients within a fiduciary or Big-4 firm in Luxembourg.

Your Key Responsibilities

* You will meet the needs of clients (mainly start-ups, large companies, SMEs, family businesses and the self-employed) with regard to accounting, tax and administrative processes;

* You will supervise the general accounting performed by your team and review their annual tax returns and accounts/reports;

* You will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with clients, anticipating and responding to their needs and providing personalized service;

* You will participate in improving internal and digital processes and contribute to the acquisition of new customers using your knowledge of the market and network;

* You will train, motivate and develop your team, fostering a culture of excellence and recognizing individual achievements.


Requirements and Qualifications

* You hold a recognized accounting qualification and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position;

* You possess excellent communication and organizational skills, being able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;

* You are fluent in French, German and English, with knowledge of Luxembourgish considered as an asset;

* You demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues;
