What you’ll do
As the first point of contact for potential clients, you'll play a key role in generating and qualifying leads through digital channels. You’ll support business growth by building the pipeline without owning the full sales cycle or closing deals.
Your mission
* Identify and engage new leads via LinkedIn, email, social media, and digital events
* Qualify prospects and pass them to the field sales team
* Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and target strategy
* Share market insights to optimize outreach
* Track KPIs and improve performance using CRM data
* Ensure smooth handover of leads to sales
What we’re looking for
* First experience in inside sales, lead generation, or digital prospecting
* Strong understanding of the sales funnel and digital outreach tools
* Fluent French speaker (mandatory), English is a plus
* Confident communicator, curious, persistent, and proactive
* Comfortable with CRM tools and data-driven work
* Independent but team-oriented mindset
* Energetic, adaptable, and customer-focused
