We are looking for an Account/Sales Manager for a company specialising in the design and construction of innovative and varied structures, ranging from industrial to agricultural buildings, as well as residential and SME parks.

Your tasks and responsibilities?
4. Establish and strengthen a solid network with architects and other key players in property development and construction
5. Acting as an advisor in the design and implementation of projects, taking account of the customer’s needs (good technical knowledge of building required!)
6. Working with the calculator to translate the customer’s ideas into concrete concepts
7. Supervising the project at a technical level to ensure feasibility
8. Managing contract negotiations with the various clients and budgeting the project in order to finalise the operation
9. Reporting directly to the Sales Director
The ideal profile?
10. Real estate experience on a variety of projects required, ideally with a background in construction/architecture/engineering
11. Bilingual French/Dutch required (good knowledge of English is a big plus)
12. Good network with the various players in architecture, construction and property development
13. Ability to communicate with a variety of customers
