POSITION SUMMARY
As Manager Business Enabling, you lead the team that takes care of
1. The business planning, including the alignment & reporting with/to all stakeholders
2. The implementation of strategic change projects. As coordinator in change, you facilitate pure business projects and/or the collaboration between the business- and IT stakeholders. You ensure the communication of relevant information between the different involved parties and management.
3. The market watch – gathering external references in order to support the business planning, innovation track,…
4. The quality and productivity of our customer service by ensuring the right training, by designing and implementing optimized business processes/procedures & client communicationby analyzing customer feedback and defining/implementing how to improve the quality of serviceby ensuring a proper governance around productivity and quality monitoring and improvement by ensuring an optimized dispatching of all operational requests
5. The workforce management and planning for the operational teams
6. The internal control, their framework, governance and reporting
7. The data warehouse and reportings needed from an operational & financial perspective
You keep strong relation with our key partner AXA Belgium and represent the department externally as well.
As part of the Healthcare management team, you play an active role in the management of the entire healthcare scope by contributing actively to the elaboration, implementation and communication of the roadmap and by playing a role in projects that cover scopes that go beyond your own scope.

Your Profile
SKILLS
8. You have a master degree and by preference you have 5-10 years of experience in a comparable function.
9. You have a broad experience in people and/or management of business- and IT projects.
10. You have a good knowledge of Microsoft-tools.
11. Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
12. Thanks to your experience in change management and your communication skills, you can easily handle a context in which agreement needs to be found between different actors.
13. You have a conceptual and analytical mind and you have strong synthesis skills.
14. You are a teamplayer and you like working in a project-mode.
15. You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
