Job Summary
As People Technology Expert, you keep our HR systems running smoothly and ensure data quality while driving efficiency and continuous improvement. Your focus will be on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and its integrations—managing changes, testing releases, and translating technical updates into clear communication. You troubleshoot issues, support users, and collaborate with HR, IT, and external partners to deliver a seamless HR technology experience. This position reports to the People Experience Manager, Yannick Valles.
Job Responsibilities
1. You follow up customer needs and translate them into practical, value-adding solutions that align with our culture.
2. You collaborate closely with the People Technology & Process Architect, contributing to system and process optimization initiatives. This includes performing gap-fit analyses, identifying inefficiencies, and co-designing scalable solutions that improve user experience, data integrity, and operational effectiveness.
3. You execute regular data quality audits and follow up on findings. You also help users understand correct system usage by creating clear training materials and learning opportunities.
4. You ensure smooth and reliable operation of HR technology platforms, supporting upgrades, new features, interface changes, and integrations. Coordinating and executing testing, validating configurations, and troubleshooting issues with vendors and internal teams are part of your role.
5. You translate technical updates into clear, actionable communication, preparing stakeholder briefings, user guides, release notes, and training materials to ensure awareness and adoption.
6. You act as a subject matter expert on HR technology, responding to questions from key users and HR, documenting solutions, and setting up efficient support structures.
7. You contribute actively to projects with impact on HR technology, ensuring requirements are delivered on time, within budget, and with the involvement of all necessary stakeholders.
Profile Description
8. You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
9. You have one year or more experience with HR Information Systems and technologies; knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, Cornerstone, and ProTime is an advantage.
10. A mindset focused on quality, continuous learning, collaboration, and agility helps you succeed in this role.
11. Strong analytical and digital skills, combined with attention to detail, enable you to manage data quality and system testing effectively.
12. You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken; other European languages are a plus.
13. Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, learning, performance, and compensation is preferred, along with an affinity for a human-centered environment.
14. Experience working in an international context, ideally within a European headquarters of a multinational, is beneficial.
