Job Description:
* We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive the recruitment process forward.
* This key role will involve identifying top talent, negotiating complex offers, and communicating effectively with interview teams.
* As a senior recruiter, you will be responsible for ensuring preparedness during the interview process and exchanging information with all levels of management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment: Search and match qualified candidates through various channels, including company databases, social media, job boards, and other resources.
* Candidate Experience: Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process, and offer process, including reference checks and salary recommendations.
* Negotiation: Negotiate complex offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience with competing for top technical talent.
* Communication: Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process and exchange information with all levels of management.
Requirements:
* Experience: 5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in an agency or in-house setting.
* Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
* Languages: Dutch and English are mandatory.
