1. The AXA Belgium Chief Security Office oversees all activities needed to deliver, maintain, and demonstrate adequate protection and continuity of AXA Belgium information, employees, and services. Within the Chief Security Office, the Cyber Security domain’s mission is to work with operational security and infra teams to adequately prepare/ test/ assure/ coordinate cyber security matters. This includes activities such as overall oversight of AXA Group Security minimum technical security baseline standard, oversight of IT Security detection/response and Infra/Network Security, ransomware readiness/recovery, and coordination and follow-up of threat-led penetration testing.
2. As member of the CSO department and Cyber Security domain, your specific responsibilities are:
àClosely collaborate with operational security teams, locally and globally; overseeing, assessing, and assuring security coverage and effectiveness of network and infra security measures for full AXA Belgium landscape.
àCoordinate and/or monitor roll-out of new/updated network/infra security services/configurations
àConsolidate and report technical security metrics on AXA Belgium scope, to local management and Group Security
3. As a Security Oversight Expert, your general responsibilities are:
àAccountable for maturity and effectiveness of control objectives (ISO27K & internal security assurance framework) in a specific security area
àUnderstands full AXA Belgium landscape in relation to this area
àCollaborates with all related security execution & other teams
àProvides deep security expertise
àEnsures assurance & evidences
àIdentifies gaps, details and drives security risk reduction activities (incl. project mgmt.)
àProduces clear management presentations on security area status & progress
Your Profile
For this role of Security Awareness & Policies Expert, we are looking for someone who has
4. A bachelor degree in computer sciences, technology or a related area; an education on Security topics is an asset
5. At least 3 years experience in a similar function;
6. A certification in the Information Security and/or Information Technology is a distinct advantage;
7. Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written in French and/or Dutch, and fluent English;
8. Experience in a multinational business is an advantage;
9. A strong facilitator, negotiator and focused on resolving conflicts;
10. A good ability to work at management level;
11. A real team player;
12. Someone capable of thinking analytically in order to grasp complex business scenarios.
