As Receptionist & Office Manager you will be responsible of:
* Managing the front desk, welcoming visitors and handling inquiries in a professional manner
* Phone and mail management
* Overseeing office administration, including supplies management, and general upkeep.
* Support HR and management with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and organising company events.
* Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external service providers.
* Assist in onboarding new employees by coordinating workspace setup and providing necessary information.
* Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting rooms
What are we looking for in a candidate?
* Prior administrative experience
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in English in combination with Dutch or French (ideally both)
