Division: Group Spend Effectiveness (GSE)

Reporting to the Euroclear Group CFO, GSE plays a critical role in delivering standardized central services across all Euroclear Group divisions, with the goal of enhancing clarity, control and supportfor execution of Euroclear strategy. It acts as a trusted partner, continuously aligning with internal needs while integrating external best practices and industry standards

Tribe: Sourcing, Procurement & Vendor Management Tribe (SPVM)

SPVM contributes to Euroclear group strategic objectives & transformation through

1. acting as business consulting advisors in Sourcing, Procurement, Vendor and IT Asset Management domains.
2. ensuring effective governance, performance, risk management and value delivery of third-party suppliers.
3. promoting a responsible, sustainable and compliant supply chain
4. operating as an Agile Tribe

Squad: Outsourcing

The Outsourcing Squad, part of SPVM Tribe, is responsible for:

Sourcing & Procurement activities:

- defining category sourcing plans and outsourcing strategy

- collecting & planning demand, and executing new outsourcing initiatives (RFx)

- negotiating new outsourcing contracts

Vendor Management activities:

- managing outsourcing contracts lifecycle

- managing strategic relationships with outsourcing vendors, using a strong governance model

- monitoring vendor’s performance and contribution to Euroclear strategy

- managing third-party risks and compliance with regulatory requirements


It is a multi-cultural squad, with diversified background spanning across IT delivery, infrastructure & security, sourcing, purchasing and vendor management.

Your Role

The SPVM Outsourcing Squad is looking for a Senior Vendor Relationship and Performance Manager. Your primary focus will be to ensure effective relationship, performance, contracts and risk management of a strategic supplier. You will also act as a contributor to sourcing strategy and initiatives, bringing insights and helping to shape contract structure & KPIs for new initiatives.

you will:

5. manage relationship, contracts and performance of strategic outsourcing partner(s)
6. ensure services delivered by the outsourcing partner(s) are fit-for-purpose, high- quality, cost effective (‘value for money’), and low risk
7. build reporting (scorecards, KPIs, audit and manage steering committees with senior external and internal stakeholders
8. maintain partners’ operating models compliant to required regulatory evolutions
9. support Sourcing team during RFx by sharing operational insights, recommending governance and key performance indicators, supporting transition and onboarding planning (where your supplier is involved)
10. Contribute to continuous improvement of vendors management practices in a highly regulated and evolving domain

Qualifications:

You have

11. 8+ years of experience in IT services Outsourcing, Vendor Management, Procurement or IT Service Management, in a cross-cultural environment
12. proven track record in managing vendors’ contracts and performance (SLA/KPIs)
13. relevant experience with Agile operating models and Agile KPIs frameworks
14. deep understanding of governance frameworks and third-party risk controls
15. experience contributing to sourcing or RFP processes, particularly from an operational readiness angle
16. solid track record in negotiations around outsourcing services
17. strong stakeholder management & communication skills
18. ability to interact with C-level
19. problem solving skills and make-things-happen mindset
20. collaborative spirit & positive mindset
21. analytical and critical thinking skills to analyse complex problems, come up with practical solutions and implement projects
22. a flexible attitude and ability to manage changes, in a transforming & demanding environment
23. ability to act autonomously, in a self-organised & timely manner, reassessing priorities when required
24. a consulting mindset, to act as a trusted advisor
25. excellent communication and presentation skills in English

Good to have:

26. knowledge of post-trade market infrastructures (., CSD)
27. technical skills that allow to continuously improve our processes is a plus (eg: Excel expertise, PowerBI…)
