We are looking for a Workforce Planning and Planning Analytics Specialist who is analytical, proactive and collaborative to join us in our Corporate Development and Finance team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.
About the role
You will support global workforce planning, financial planning and forecasting processes. You will contribute to continuous improvement of systems, data quality and reporting while providing insights that help senior leaders make informed decisions. This role combines regular analysis and reporting with project-based work focused on enhancing tools, processes and planning capabilities.
Who you’ll work with
You will be working in a team that collaborates closely with global finance, talent, information technology and business partners.
You will also interact regularly with senior stakeholders to provide insights, answer planning questions and support the planning cycle.
You will report both to the planning lead and the transformation lead, depending on the project scope.
What you’ll do
• Support planning cycles by maintaining and improving global processes for long‑range forecasts, budgets and monthly performance activities.
• Provide workforce planning analysis, integrating data from finance and talent teams to deliver clear insights to leadership.
• Lead or support reporting and presentations for senior management, including workforce planning and salary and benefits.
• Ensure data quality, alignment and integrity across models, versions, systems and reporting tools.
• Act as a point of contact for planning questions, supporting global and local teams throughout the planning cycle.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focusing on system enhancements, process simplification and user training.

For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business, economics or a related field.
• Experience in financial planning, workforce planning or reporting in an international environment.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to simplify complex information and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with planning systems, data integrity checks and improvement projects is an advantage.
