We're looking for an experienced Audience & Segmentation Specialist to strengthen a dynamic marketing and CRM environment and help drive customer engagement through smart data activation and audience management.


🎯 Your Mission

As Audience & Segmentation Specialist, you'll play a key role in bridging CRM, Media and Data teams. You'll be responsible for building customer audiences, enabling data-driven campaigns and ensuring customer journeys are activated seamlessly across marketing platforms.

What you'll do

✅ Build, select and document customer segments based on campaign and media requirements

✅ Translate business needs into actionable datasets and target audiences

✅ Support the activation of first-party customer data across CRM and media channels

✅ Create and test customer journeys within marketing automation platforms

✅ Ensure campaigns are technically configured, validated and ready for launch

✅ Collaborate closely with CRM, Media, Analytics and Data stakeholders

✅ Manage audience sharing with external partners through privacy-safe environments and modern data collaboration solutions

✅ Help maximize the value of customer data throughout the marketing ecosystem


🔍 What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Data, Technology or equivalent experience

✔ 2-4 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, Audience Management or Digital Marketing

✔ Strong understanding of customer segmentation and CRM ecosystems

✔ Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar campaign management platforms

✔ Familiarity with customer journey orchestration and campaign activation

✔ Knowledge of data privacy principles and customer data management

✔ Experience with clean room technologies or retail media activation is a strong plus

✔ Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Dutch and/or French, with a good working knowledge of the other national language
