Primordial Design is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of our radiology workflow solutions across complex healthcare environments. This role is responsible for managing multiple large‑scale customer implementations while leading cross‑functional delivery teams and ensuring successful project outcomes.
The Senior Project Manager will work directly with hospital leadership, radiology departments, and internal teams to deliver Primordial’s full suite of products, including Workflow Orchestration, Communicator, Actionable Findings, and other solutions.
This position requires strong experience in healthcare IT implementations, radiology workflow, and vendor integrations, along with the ability to manage complex projects and lead customers through successful system deployments .
Key Responsibilities
* Lead multiple concurrent healthcare IT implementations across complex healthcare environments.
* Manage the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and go‑live readiness.
* Ensure projects progress according to agreed timelines and meet on‑time go‑live objectives.
* Coordinate implementation efforts for new deployments, system upgrades, and customer expansions.
* Serve as the primary project leader for customer implementations.
* Lead regular project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder updates.
* Present project progress and strategic updates to radiology leadership and hospital stakeholders.
* Partner with customers to address project risks, resolve challenges, and negotiate realistic project timelines.
* Ensure strong collaboration between internal teams and customer stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
Scope & Issue Management
* Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential blockers early.
* Escalate contract scope issues when necessary and collaborate with internal leadership on resolution strategies.
* Maintain alignment between project scope, customer expectations, and delivery timelines.
Problem Solving & Escalation Management
* Serve as an escalation point for project challenges and delivery risks.
* Independently analyze complex situations and develop practical, creative solutions.
* Maintain project momentum by proactively addressing operational and technical obstacles.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of project management experience
* 5+ years of Healthcare Radiology IT implementation experience required
* Radiology workflow knowledge required
* Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder technology implementations
* Experience coordinating vendor and healthcare system integrations
* Proven ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously
* Proven PACS administration or vendor healthcare radiology project management experience
