Export Operations Specialist

Role Purpose
To manage and optimize end‑to‑end export operations across the EMEA region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery throughout the Order‑to‑Cash cycle, with a strong focus on cold chain logistics and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Deliver high‑quality customer support by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining proactive communication. Oversee the full Order‑to‑Cash process to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Continuous Improvement: Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
* Order Management: Manage the complete order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
* Cold Chain Logistics: Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities for temperature‑sensitive medical products, ensuring compliance with cold chain requirements.
* Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to export regulations, Incoterms, and documentation standards while mitigating operational risks.
* Cost Management: Monitor and control logistics and supply chain costs, with particular attention to cold chain operations.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with suppliers, logistics providers, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to support seamless export operations.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and contribute to ongoing performance improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2–4 years of experience in supply chain or export operations, ideally within the healthcare sector.
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
* Cold chain logistics experience is an advantage.
* Knowledge of export regulations, documentation requirements, and Incoterms.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
* Fluency in English; Any orther languages are strong assets.
