Your Mission
As a Legal Project Manager, you are at the heart of our legal operations, driving the successful coordination of high-volume agreement repapering projects. You work closely with internal and external stakeholders (CRMs, clients, portfolio managers, legal counsel, compliance, and finance) to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
What You'll Do
* Manage and track a large volume of legal agreements across multiple stakeholders
* Prioritize tasks effectively, distinguishing urgent issues from routine updates
* Provide clear, consistent status updates and escalate issues early when needed
* Map and organize agreements for better visibility and control
* Schedule and lead meetings with delegates and stakeholders
* Follow up on action points and ensure accountability
* Share outcomes and updates across teams to maintain alignment
Your profile
* Proven experience in project management, ideally in legal or asset management repapering
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
* Clear and confident communication style
* Experience handling high volumes of agreements in a structured, deadline-driven environment
