To strengthen its services, ALTEN BELGIUM is actively looking for a ' HR & Administration Officer' to further strengthen the ALTEN organization.
The HR & Administration Officer has a key role within the organization. You will report directly to the HR Team Leader. You will be the key contact person concerning HR related matters for a Business Unit.
Replying to the dedicated BU Employees regarding their HR related questions
Generating new work contracts according to the request from the Business or a Department Manager
Management of social documents such as holiday attests, C4, etc.
Organizing personal agenda according to the different meetings and HR deadlines
Follow-up of expatriate employees and secondment administration
Supporting HR management on other random HR activities
Keeping HR follow-up files up to date
Outlook, Unit 4, MS Office, internal tools, teams
French and Dutch / English (Fluent)
Bachelor or Master Degree in HR/Business Administration/Legal/Public Relations or other field
First experience in a HR is a plus
Good knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Knowledge in Social Laws is an asset
