Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious Junior Logistics Coordinator to support our Pan-European Electric Vehicles (EV) launch activities. As a key member of the PR & Marketing team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth logistical and administrative processes related to event vehicles and assets.
Your primary focus will be on coordinating transportation from Japan to Europe and within Europe, documentation management including ATA carnets), delivery preparation, storage, return logistics after events status check, documentation, and storage), maintaining planning files follow-up sheets and documentation archives), liaising with external partners logistics providers agencies distributors) for timely execution of logistical steps monitoring deadlines alerting internal stakeholders of updates risks or delays preparing operational documents shipping instructions collecting feedback compiling basic reports providing logistical inputs during internal meetings.),
