🚀 About the role
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager / IT Lead to join a leading international banking environment.
This role is key to ensuring the stability, reliability and governance of IT services, acting as a bridge between local operations, Group IT and business stakeholders.
You will oversee IT operations, coordinate providers, and contribute to risk and compliance activities within a core banking environment based on Temenos (T24).
📍 Job Details
* Location: Remote within Europe, with periodic travel to Luxembourg (1 day/month approx.)

🎯 Key responsibilities
* Ensure reliable IT operations (availability, performance, incident & change management)
* Maintain and support IT governance frameworks, policies and controls
* Contribute to IT risk and compliance activities, including remediation follow-up
* Manage outsourced IT providers, monitoring SLAs, KPIs and service delivery
* Act as a key contact for audits, regulatory inspections and internal controls
* Ensure high-quality IT support for end-users
* Provide regular reporting on IT performance, risks and operations
* Coordinate with Group IT, business teams and senior management
🧠 Your profile
* +8–10 years of experience in IT management, IT lead or senior IT roles, ideally in banking or regulated environments
* IT operations & service management (ITIL or similar)
* IT governance and service delivery
* Basic understanding of IT risk and compliance
* Experience managing outsourced IT services and providers
* Experience working with core banking systems (Temenos T24 preferred)
* Good understanding of core banking architecture and integrations
* Ability to operate in a hands-on, coordination and governance-focused role
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
