Your Mission
You will be the driving force behind our regional marketing activities, moving from high-level strategy to "boots on the ground" execution. You will own the marketing plan, manage internal and external stakeholders, and ensure a premium Devoteam experience across all customer touchpoints.
Your role is a hybrid of strategic leadership and tactical delivery, with a time repartition of:
* 40%: Team leadership, coaching, and acting as the SPOC for the Benelux marketing team.
* 60%: "Doing" the marketing job - both feet in the mud. Executing campaigns, managing events, and driving results.
Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership & Coaching (40%): Lead, support, and further develop a 4-person Benelux marketing team spread across the region. You will act as the central SPOC for the team, providing guidance and mentorship.
* Marketing Execution (60%):
o Strategy & Planning: Build, own, and drive the yearly marketing plan for the region, ensuring it aligns with global campaigns and local business goals.
o Event Management: Design and execute creative customer events, including executive roundtables, seminars, and major partner forums.
o Corporate Branding: Develop a sustainable brand presence and enhance our impact through social media, employee advocacy, and continuous website content management.
o Campaign Management: Develop and implement B2B marketing campaigns—including ABM plans for key clients and lead nurturing—to accelerate sales growth.
o Partner Collaboration: Act as the primary link to partners, amplifying our expertise through joint activities and sponsorships.
o Content & Collateral: Craft compelling success stories and marketing collateral in collaboration with internal competence centers and external agencies.
o Reporting: Own your budget and be accountable for maximizing ROI through clear data and reporting.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant, hands-on B2B marketing experience, ideally within the IT or technology sector.
* Leadership Skills: Proven experience guiding, mentoring, or managing team members in a lead/manager role.
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing.
* Languages: Trilingual proficiency is essential for this regional role: Dutch, French, and English.
* Technical Skills: Experience in managing lead generation tactics, content creation, SEO, data quality, marketing automation & CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and social media. Eager to exploit and implement (Agentic) AI in the optimization and acceleration of our marketing activities.
* Soft Skills: A strong communicator who can navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced "squad" environment.
* Attitude: An entrepreneurial, self-starter spirit with high attention to detail and a passion for digital marketing technologies. You are a creative "executioner" who can think of a brilliant concept and then roll up your sleeves to make it happen.
