As Team Manager of the Chat Platform, you will lead the team that owns this strategic domain. You’ll work at the intersection of digital, AI, service design, and business transformation. Your key roles & responsibilities
As Team Manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility for strategy, people, and delivery:
Vision, Strategy & Communication
1. Define and communicate the strategic vision & roadmap for the Chat Platform and Customer Assist. Work close with the Product Manager of the Chat Platform.
2. Align priorities and investment decisions with key stakeholders across business, marketing, operations, data, and digital.
3. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership with clear, compelling executive storytelling.
People Leadership & Team Development
4. Define, manage, and evolve a fit-for-purpose team by translating your vision into clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
5. Coach and grow a multidisciplinary team operating at the crossroads of service, AI, and digital; fostering a positive, high-performing, collaborative culture.
6. Build and sustain strong relationships across the organization to enhance collaboration and ensure the team is effectively connected.
Delivery Accountability & Budget Ownership
7. Hold final accountability for delivery & performance, balancing innovation with operational stability and evaluating outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
8. Lead the business case and manage the budget: define value drivers, allocate resources, and track impact against KPIs.
9. Ensure structured ways of working, governance, and planning to enable predictable delivery.

14. Results-driven leader with strong business acumen and end-to-end accountability for results, value, and spend; experienced in managing complex digital or AI initiatives with strategic and operational discipline.
15. Positive, open, and curious professional, thriving in fast-evolving environments and driving change with a can-do mindset.
You have a Master’s degree or equivalent experience, and 10–15 years of relevant experience, ideally in management consulting, digital strategy, transformation, or product leadership. You speak Dutch and English fluently.
