With this experience, they bring a large existing client base, working alongside companies such as HSBC, Barclays, and JP Morgan. Bringing on the best talent in the recruitment world has allowed them to dominate the market and build strong relationships with their clients.

What would a Graduate Recruitment Consultant be doing?
8. Advertising roles to attract new candidates
9. Cold calling candidates
10. Calling and screening candidates
11. Coaching candidates through the interview process
12. Managing the on-boarding process
13. Managing and maintaining networks between candidates and clients
Requirements
14. Recent University graduate within the last couple of years
15. Recruitment or sales experience preferred but not required
16. Self-motivated with a positive approach to work
17. Resilient attitude and able to deal with set backs
18. Confident and able to speak to new people regularly
19. Financially driven and target focused
