Role Responsibilities:
* Manage projects to implement the software at the customer's site (hospitals, healthcare centers) and coordinate technical tasks performed by specialists
* Gather and analyze customer feedback for product enhancements
* Provide technical pre-sales support
* Provide comprehensive training and support to customers, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent by experience
* Several years of experience as Product Specialist, Application Specialist, Solution Architect, etc. for healthcare / medical software
* Strong technical proficiency in healthcare software implementation
* Willingness to travel internationally
* Fluent level of English and French
