As a Inside Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for the operational management of the service activity of the pump systems. You will actively contribute to the development of this activity by providing the customers with high-quality technical and commercial support. You will become part of a dynamic and close-knit team in a rapidly growing company. Your Missions: Preparing Offers: Use the appropriate information (technical choices, pricing, availability). Propose alternative solutions when necessary. Identify new suppliers and/or subcontractors if needed. Respond within the customer's specified deadlines. Be creative in proposing additional sales. Collaborate with product leaders on complex solutions. Respond to requests: Standard, certified based on technical specifications. Handling Customer Requests: Provide requested technical documentation. Respond to requests for additional technical information. Offer Tracking: Identify the status of the offer (project/estimate/order execution). Defend the technical and financial proposal during customer contacts. Obtain feedback from customers on the submitted offer. Your Profile: With a background in middle to higher education, you have at least 2 years of experience as a sedentary sales technician in a technical field. Ideally, you have knowledge in water technology. You are fluent in Dutch and French. Fluent English is a plus. Your business and organizational skills will be significant assets for success in this role, along with your responsiveness and customer focus.
