Your new role As a Customer Service Advisor, you take full ownership of international breakdown cases. You register the incident, coordinate with the dealer carrying out the repair, and keep the customer informed throughout the process. Your goal is simple: get the vehicle back on the road as quickly and smoothly as possible. Your responsibilities include Supporting customers across Europe during breakdown situations Managing the full case from first contact to resolution Communicating with dealers and technicians to follow up repairs Providing customers with clear and proactive updates Thinking creatively when challenges arise Collaborating closely with colleagues across multiple European sites Your profile You are communicative, customer‑focused and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.
