At our state-of-the-art CAR-T manufacturing site in Ghent, we are looking for a Production Supervisor to drive operational excellence and lead a team in delivering life-saving therapies.
Your new role

As Production Supervisor, you are the heartbeat of our GMP manufacturing operations.
You will:
1. Lead and coach production teams in a cleanroom environment.
2. Ensure full compliance with cGMP standards and regulatory expectations.
3. Act as a key contact during audits and inspections.
4. Oversee batch documentation, review records, and ensure timely release.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, QC, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
7. Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and operational excellence.
Your profile
8. At least 3 years of experience in GMP or ATMP manufacturing (biotech/pharma).
9. Strong understanding of cleanroom operations and aseptic techniques.
10. Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus.
11. Empathetic leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
12. Experience with MES/EBR systems is a strong asset.
13. Passionate about quality, patient impact, and team development.
