As part of a strategic program, we are looking for a
PMO Consultant
to support our Program Managers in the coordination, structuring and monitoring of cross-functional projects. You will play a key role in ensuring program consistency, reporting quality, and smooth communication between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Program Managers in planning, tracking, and coordinating program-related projects
* Consolidate schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies at the program level
* Prepare steering committees, draft meeting minutes, and follow up on decisions and action items
* Set up and maintain reporting tools (dashboards, KPIs) using Power BI
* Produce consolidated analyses to support strategic decision-making
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of project and program governance processes
Profile
:
* 3 to 5 years of experience in a PMO or program support role
* Proficient in Power BI for building reports and dashboards
* Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid)
* French or Dutch, with fluent English (spoken and written)
* Prince2 or Agile certification (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) is a strong asset
* Excellent communication skills, structured and analytical mindset
* Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams and stakeholders
