As part of a strategic program, we are looking for a PMO Consultant to support our Program Managers in the coordination, structuring and monitoring of cross-functional projects. You will play a key role in ensuring program consistency, reporting quality, and smooth communication between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Program Managers in planning, tracking, and coordinating program-related projects
Consolidate schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies at the program level
Prepare steering committees, draft meeting minutes, and follow up on decisions and action items
Set up and maintain reporting tools (dashboards, KPIs) using Power BI
Produce consolidated analyses to support strategic decision-making
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project and program governance processes
Profile :
3 to 5 years of experience in a PMO or program support role
Proficient in Power BI for building reports and dashboards
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid)
French or Dutch, with fluent English (spoken and written)
Prince2 or Agile certification (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) is a strong asset
Excellent communication skills, structured and analytical mindset
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams and stakeholders
