Job Description
Join our team and you’ll be responsible for deploying and scaling machine learning models, particularly large language models (LLMs) and collaborate with data scientists to ensure our models are efficient and can be properly optimized for cost and performance. You will work with software engineers to set up modern machine learning pipelines ensuring high operational standards and work with technologies like Python, Java, Sagemaker, Huggingface, Pytorch.
Working in the Search & Match domain, you will be part of the team behind recommender systems and search algorithms, building the core infrastructure that powers millions of meaningful connections.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities:
1. Deploy and scale ML models, particularly large language models (LLMs)
2. Work with tools and packages such as Huggingface, Pytorch, cloud services such as AWS and programming languages Python and Java
3. Work collaboratively with data scientists, ML Engineers, Backend Engineers within an agile environment
4. Implement and maintain DevOps best practices and tools, including: CI/CD, containerization (Docker), Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform), monitoring and observability
5. Building and working with modern API and microservices architectures
Qualifications
6. Strong foundation of Python
7. Experience in machine learning specifically Huggingface, Pytorch or similar
8. Experience of deploying and scaling ML models, worked with AWS and SageMaker
9. Good grasp of DevOps principles and tools and experience of building and working with modern API and microservices architectures
10. Advantageous if you have experience with vector databases, semantic search, event-driven architecture (Kafka)
