Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage
industrial projects
related to military or defense systems (electronics, embedded systems, test systems, or integrated platforms) Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and planning in alignment with customer and regulatory requirements Coordinate cross-functional teams: engineering (hardware/software), production, quality, procurement, and supply chain Oversee the
industrialization phase
(design for manufacturing, process validation, qualification) Ensure compliance with
military standards and regulations
(quality, safety, traceability, documentation) Monitor project progress (cost, schedule, risks) and implement corrective actions when needed Manage relationships with
customers, suppliers, and subcontractors Organize and lead project reviews, technical meetings, and reporting to stakeholders Ensure proper documentation, including specifications, test plans, validation reports, and acceptance criteria Support production ramp-up and ensure smooth transition from development to series production
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree or Engineering degree in
Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or Embedded Systems Minimum
3–8 years of experience
in industrial project management, preferably in
defense, aerospace, or high-reliability industries Proven experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects Strong understanding of
industrialization processes
and product lifecycle management
Technical Skills
Knowledge of
hardware, embedded software, and test systems Familiarity with
defense or aerospace standards
(e.g., quality assurance, traceability) Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.) Understanding of production processes, validation, and qualification
