As a web business/functional analyst/product owner, you map out the online needs of our clients based on their business processes. You then propose the most suitable solutions. You present and defend this proposal to the client and subsequently collaborate with a team of marketers, developers, and project managers to implement your proposal and deliver top results.
What will you be doing?
* Conducting thorough analyses of digital products and the client's needs.
* Preparing a project proposal with the project manager and defending it to the client.
* Gathering user stories to further shape the project and providing a list of use cases.
* Persistently striving for perfection, often being called a "perfectionist."
* Creating a functional and technical plan based on interviews, workshops, demos, and brainstorming sessions.
* Working closely with the technical architect to develop the technical plan.
* Following the project as a (proxy) product owner during development and ensuring project quality.
* Actively participating in meetings and engaging in discussions if the project is heading in the wrong direction.
* Serving as a constant point of contact for the client and the development team throughout the project process.
* Closely monitoring the project's progress.
* Applying lessons learned to future project analyses.

* Understanding how a web application works and, more importantly, how it doesn't work.
* Knowing what HTML and CSS are, how SEO works, and recognizing that a non-responsive website is outdated.
* Familiarity with key Google tools such as Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.
* Experience or interest in e-commerce and/or web development, with a desire to learn more.
* Visually oriented, preferring to explain things with drawings or graphs.
* Ability to map out a process or workflow; BPMN is not unfamiliar to you.
* Capable of writing and clarifying user stories with a mockup.
* Fluent in Dutch and English, with some knowledge of French being a plus.
* Considering a decision matrix in a project as important as a beer at a football match.
* Acting as the bridge between the development team and the client, leveraging your technical and commercial talent.
* Actively participating in meetings and not afraid to engage in discussions. Our walls are well insulated!
* Finding solutions to obstacles in your path, often referred to as out-of-the-box thinking.
