Shape and execute the strategic vision for technical services, modernizing structures and processes in alignment with the site's transformation plan. Manage cross-functional departments: engineering, new projects, central maintenance, and technical expertise. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards; champion proactive riskprevention and energy transition initiatives. Oversee budgets, optimize costs, and secure the success of industrial investments. Profile Master’s degree or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance. At least 8 years' relevant experience, including technical project and team management. Strong leadership in driving change, team empowerment, and operational excellence.
