Your new role
As an Automotive Technical Support Engineer within the Renault Team, you will be part of the Technical Dealer Support (TDS) frontline, providing expert technical and diagnostic assistance to dealers and customers in your language area. You collaborate with a diverse team to solve technical challenges, using multiple applications and technical documentation to deliver accurate solutions. You engage with various stakeholders including dealers, designers, and product engineers to ensure top-quality service and support. By analyzing market feedback, you help reduce recurring issues and improve product quality on a global scale.
Your profile
You have a technical background in automotive engineering or equivalent experience gained through curiosity and continuous learning. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical documents and understand software interactions. Your communication and collaboration skills allow you to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You are fluent in English and at least one additional European language - preferably French, Italian, or Spanish. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus. You are flexible and willing to work in a shift-based schedule to support our 24/7 service.
