We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Engineer to develop cutting-edge AI solutions focused on extracting and structuring unstructured PDF data using Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced AI techniques. You will design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI pipelines on Google Cloud, contributing to a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop robust AI pipelines for efficient extraction and structuring of data from PDF documents.
2. Implement and utilize LLMs and various AI techniques to automate data processing and extraction workflows.
3. Architect, build, and deploy scalable and maintainable AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
5. Ensure AI solutions adhere to security and compliance standards, including data privacy and ethical considerations.
6. Proactively identify and address technical challenges, contributing to continuous improvement of AI processes.

Required Skills and Experience:
16. Proven experience in developing and deploying AI solutions, particularly in data extraction and structuring.
17. Strong proficiency in utilizing LLMs, NLP, and AI-driven data extraction methodologies.
18. Expertise in programming with Python and familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain or Llama Index, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
19. Hands-on experience with Google Cloud AI/ML services, including deployment and data management.
20. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
21. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
22. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
23. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
Desired Skills and Experience:
24. Technical information domain knowledge in industrial equipment or automotive is a big plus.
25. Familiarity with MLOps practices, OCR, Named Entity Recognition (NER), and data engineering principles.
26. Understanding of document processing workflows and industry-specific data requirements.
27. Experience in integrating AI solutions into existing applications and systems.
28. Demonstrated proficiency in the ML development lifecycle, from data preparation to model deployment and monitoring.
29. Experience applying advanced ML techniques and tools to solve complex data extraction and structuring challenges.
30. Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
31. Experience designing and implementing scalable and robust software components for AI solutions.
