We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team's daily operations.
The successful candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in administrative coordination or accounting, with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities will include:
* Administrative coordination: managing ambassador relations, document follow-ups, travel logistics, meeting organization, office management tasks
* Financial and accounting assistance: encoding supplier invoices, creating client invoices, managing payments, verifying credit card statements, creating purchase orders
* Prevention advisor role: managing health & safety documentation, coordinating with occupational health provider, organizing medical exams and trainings
The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and English, with Spanish being a plus. They will also be comfortable using digital tools such as Odoo, Google Forms, and Microsoft Suite.
