Key Responsibilities:
* Infrastructure Management: Cover all workplace-related topics, excluding operations, support, or infra-architect/engineering.
* Server Maintenance & Upgrades: Ensure the smooth operation and enhancement of server systems.
* Coordination with Fujitsu: Manage vendor relationships and security protocols.
* DNS Registration: Handle domain name system registrations and updates.
* Device Deployment: Oversee the deployment of laptops and iPhones to staff.
* Project Management: Coordinate project activities, including data loss prevention initiatives.
* M365 Topics: Manage Microsoft 365-related tasks and projects.
Requirements:
* Engineer Background: Proven experience in infrastructure engineering or systems engineering.
* Experience: Approximately 5+ years in a similar role.
* Cloud Environment: Experience working in cloud-based environments, specifically AWS and Azure.
* Vendor Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with third-party vendors.
* Skills: Ability to work at speed, under pressure, and effectively communicate with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
* Proactive: Able to work autonomously, be proactive, and add value ahead of being asked.
