The Role
To maintain and further enhance high quality standards, the Quality Department plays a central role within the organization. We are looking for a Quality Engineer who will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact across the entire production lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Validate and monitor the quality of new and modified products, in coordination with internal stakeholders and customers
* Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, methodologies, and tools
* Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate quality risks from raw materials through to customer delivery
* Ensure accurate and consistent data management within systems such as PLM and SAP
* Conduct and support audits with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, including follow-up on corrective actions
You will report to the Quality Operations Manager.
Your Profile
You are a proactive and analytical quality professional who:
* Holds a master’s degree, preferably in a chemical or technical field, or has equivalent relevant experience
* Has practical knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and SPC methodologies
* Is familiar with IATF 16949 or similar automotive quality standards
* Is fluent in Dutch and English (additional languages are an asset)
* Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Is continuously looking for opportunities to optimize processes and drive improvement
✈️ Occasional travel may be required, primarily within Europe.
