TXM is recruiting for a leading automation and intralogistics company, seeking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor for their brand-new automated distribution site. This individual will be responsible for the overall performance of the site, maintenance planning, leading a team of 6 technicians, customer management and more.
The ideal individual will have worked as a technician/engineer at the start of his career and have experience of managing technicians.

Responsibilities:Leading the onsite team: you manage scheduling, ensure proper staffing levels, guide onboarding and offboarding, and oversee compliance with all Health & Safety regulations.Customer point of contact: you monitor the quality and progress of the work, making the right decisions to balance the customer's interests.Coordinating maintenance and repairs: you ensure that inspections, maintenance tasks, breakdowns, and quality audits are carried out efficiently, and you manage the CMMS system.Analysis & improvement: you investigate faults and translate your findings into concrete improvement proposals (continuous improvement).Spare parts management: you monitor stock levels, analyse parts flows, and ensure timely ordering of the required components.
Required Experience and Skills:A tso level education, preferably in mechatronics or electrical engineering, supplemented with a VCA-VOL and BA5 safety certificate.4 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, ideally combined with a background as a technician.Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; French and/or German is a plus.Flexibility and willingness to support shifted schedules when needed, although you will primarily work day shifts.Curiosity and proactivity, you take the lead when issues arise and collaborate with others to find solutions.
