Jobomschrijving
As Ecommerce & Digital Specialist, you will optimize sales through e-commerce and oversee the implementation, development and adaptation of the digital campaigns and activations while adding the BeLux touch.
- E-commerce
* Responsible for the BeLux webshop meaning managing a eshop in Dutch and French;
* Managing eshop with Salesforce and guidelines from HQ;
* Merchandising updates (staging) for each new launch: focus on copywriting
* Create and manage own local activations with HQ;
* Project management for special launches with local follow-up;
* Close contact with HQ for new ideas regarding usability, designs, new payment- and delivery methods;
* Control orders: perform manual follow-up and checks on pending orders and release orders based on security criteria;
* Develop automated processes with HQ;
* Manage returns: inform customer with return procedure, follow-up with logistic department and control of returns;
* Close contact with different departments for eshop sales: IT, logistics, finance and customer service;
* Create monthly reports with the sales stats and figures including an overview of social media campaigns, bestsellers per collection
- Customer contact and support
* Management of all questions related to e-commerce by e-mail and telephone with CRM Salesforce;
* Pre-sales, transactional and post-sales support to customer;
* Direct specific questions to the relevant departments;
* Follow-up of projects related to customers;
* Close contact with transporters to help customers with the delivery of their order
- Digital Marketing
* Discuss budget for online campaigns in Belux
* Analyse reports from HQ of the digital campaigns to make future campaigns even better
* Create newsletters in Dutch and French based on the guidelines from HQ
* Manage Belgian & Dutch local organic Facebook page
* Monthly dealermailing for all dealers in Benelux: create own template, visuals and copywriting for each new launch
* Provide and prepare specific content files for dealers including images, product descriptions, price etc.
* Follow-up and control of internal and external websites according the strategy
- Sales (backup)
* Help team with all questions related to sales by e-mail and telephone;
* Work together with account manager to create orders in SAP, search for availabilities, follow-up of back orders and push orders if needed;
* Allocate watches to orders when needed
Jouw profiel
* Bachelor degree (Marketing, Communication, Digital,.)
* Minimum 3 years' experience in E-commerce and Digital Marketing position, preferably in a multinational environment or at least affinity in the digital world
* Proven experience with CMS systems and familiar with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or willing to learn
* Experience in Online Marketing platforms (SEA, Google Ads, Facebook/IG Ads), Google Analytics and EDM tool (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
* Good working knowledge of online environment - metrics, reporting, good working understanding of ecommerce principals
* Ability to work on Adobe Photoshop, Canva or any editing tools
* Excellent communication skills
* Positive & energetic, hard-working, reliable, organized, conscientious and keen to take on more responsibility
* Self-motivated, proactive, problem solving. team worker
* Ability to prioritize effectively, manages multiple tasks, deal with pressure
* Fluent in Dutch, French and English
