What you’ll work on:
* Advising banks, funds, and corporate clients on financing transactions (acquisition finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance)
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating loan agreements, security packages, and intercreditor agreements
* Supporting structured finance and cross-border banking transactions
* Assisting with due diligence and regulatory aspects of financing deals
* Working on corporate lending, refinancing, and capital structuring matters
Your profile:
* Belgian law degree
* 0–5 years’ experience in Banking & Finance law (junior to mid-level)
* First language: Dutch or French
