As a Sales Engineer, you will: Visit existing and new customers in East and West Flanders, including distributors, installers, and end users Expand your customer portfolio through active prospecting Identify specific customer needs by listening attentively, offering sustainable, high‑quality, and tailor‑made solutions, and providing in‑depth technical advice Prepare quotations and close deals Manage the entire sales process—from order to installation—providing support where needed and ensuring deadlines are met Work closely with your internal stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for your customers Follow market developments, technological innovations, and customer trends Network and represent the company at trade fairs Translate your strategic plan into concrete actions and report to the Sales Manager You hold at least a technical gradruate degree (preferably in Electromechanics) or have equivalent experience You can demonstrate at least 3 years of relevant experience as a Sales Engineer You have technical affinity with pump systems, technical installations, or the industrial sector You are results‑oriented, communicative, and customer‑focused You are a team player but able to work independently as well You have a strong professional knowledge of Dutch and English (knowledge of French is a plus) Work in a leading, growing and innovative company where people are...
