We’re looking for an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Lead to drive a critical data governance program within a complex and fast-moving operational environment. This role plays a central part in a major digital and operational transformation journey—laying the foundation for sustainable, data-driven success.
🔍 In This Role, You Will:
* Lead the definition and implementation of master data governance across multiple workstreams
* Collaborate with IT, enterprise architects, reporting teams, and functional stakeholders
* Own the planning and execution of data-related activities including lifecycle management, standards, validation and compliance
* Build and manage data workflows across functions (e.g., QC, Finance, Procurement)
* Support enterprise system deployments and ensure seamless data integration
* Deliver data training and promote best practices across the business
💼 Your Background:
* 10+ years of SAP master data experience (SAP MDG, MDM)
* Experience with SAP MM
* Experience with logistical, OTC and P2P data processes.
* Proven track record in enterprise data governance, strategy and execution
* Familiar with SAP PM, planning systems, LIMS, asset management is a plus
* Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments and driving alignment
* Fluent in English; other languages a bonus
