Key Account Associate
This position supports the Key Account Manager in daily operations and retailer communication while owning defined key account responsibilities.
It ensures smooth sales processes and coordinates actions across the retail and commercial environment.
The role manages the offer process, key account operations and all related administrative and operational tasks. It secures accurate system and data management oversees in store activations and strengthens retailer engagement.
Close collaboration with internal and external partners ensures aligned sales campaigns with FBNL initiatives to push sell-out and continuous operational improvement.
By combining independent responsibilities with its supporting function for the Key Account Manager the position makes a strong contribution to commercial success.
SELL IN OFFER AND PRICELIST PROCESS:
• Drive the sell-in offer process for Retailers together with KAM, Event Team and the brands including
• Prepare presentations and material for the sell-in meetings and share with retail stakeholders
• Maintain retailer masterdata files when needed
• Follow up on offer status in the event tracker and act when needed to ensure timely delivery according to forecast
• Support the KAM in forecast situations daily operations and retailer communication
• Lead the pricelist and price increase process for WS together with the KAM
• Guide the return process for WS including stock returns timing and reimbursement
• Create adhoc offers for WS including stock checks and cross functional alignment
CUSTOMER AND PROJECT RESPONSIBILITY:
• Business steering in alignment with the strategy in collaboration with KAM
• Support the seamless execution of the trade plan and take an active role in analyzing the ROI of each activation
• Prepare monthly analysis of sales performance
• Lead strategic projects within the scope
RETAILER DOOR AND COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATION:
• Daily communication with district managers including coordination of requests and adhoc topics
• Manage door and brand openings and closings for WS in SAP together with the commercial intern
• Create and maintain commercial presentations for visits retailer roundtables and business reviews
• Maintain monthly estimate / sales projection files and share regular situation on newness status vs. Basic Business
• Support the retail team in daily operations and retailer communication
• Support weekly orders and coordinate shipment of new products to retailers and district managers
KEY SKILLS
• Analytical Skills - preparing data overviews and extracts from various data sources
• Languages - Dutch, English and French is an asset
• Priority setting – being able to manage several tasks same time but keep overview and focus on priorities
